PDF files so you can print
your own sheets are
$0.27 x the A/C Area. You will also receive a Copyright
Release/License to build the plan one time.

TERMS OF SALE
(The Small Print)
What you are purchasing is a license to build a home only One Time
from the information printed on the Construction Documents. You are
not buying the Home Design. This information, or Intellectual
Property, just happens to be printed on large sheets of paper bound
in sets. Our house plans are copyright protected by the
Architectural Works Protection Act. This is a Federal Law. Unless
you have a Copyright Release you should not make additional prints
of the Construction Documents. If you wish to build the Home Design
more than once you should purchase the Home Design License again or
obtain a Multi-use License even if you have a Copyright Release.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Construction Documents are not returnable for a refund once
they are printed. Construction Documents are printed at the time of
the order and can not be turned back into un-used paper.

Texas Residents are subject to our Sales Tax of 8.25%
CAD files are not available
We do accept Visa/MC/Amex/Discover
All sales are in U.S. Dollars and checks need to be drawn on a U.S.
Bank.

SHIPPING COSTS
All orders are shipped by UPS
and your shipping address needs to be a physical street address.
Also, we only ship to the address on the credit card statement. Orders are printed and shipped in 24 hours. If you call before
11:00AM Central Time, we can usually have the plans on the UPS truck
that afternoon.
UPS Ground Shipping:

is PAID on us.

Note! UPS Ground is usually overnight afternoon delivery in Texas. Depending how far you are from Texas it could be from
2 to 5 day delivery.
Overnight Shipping PM delivery:
8 Sets of Plans is $63.00
12 Sets of Plans is $76.00
International customers need to contact us for your specific
shipping charges.
Best deal is to buy the PDF files and print them locally. We email
the PDF files.

Printers.
